Natural Sauvignon Blanc, Touraine Loire Valley

Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on 20-year-old vines in sandy clay and silex soils. The vines are farmed biodynamically, producing fruit that is healthy and expressive. After a slow, gentle press, the juice is aged for six months in tank and lightly filtered before bottling.

The result is a fresh and vibrant white with citrus and herbal notes, lifted by a clean mineral finish. Straightforward, refreshing, and excellent value — a classic Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc shaped by natural farming and careful winemaking.
