How long does delivery take?
We ship Australia-wide. Most metro orders arrive within 3–5 business days, while regional areas may take a little longer.

Is there a minimum order?

We don’t require a minimum order. However, under our liquor licence and duty of care, Amor Fati encourages mindful enjoyment and responsible consumption. We believe wine is to be savoured, not over-consumed.

How are the wines packaged?
We’ve designed custom Amor Fati shipping boxes, made to protect the bottles and help maintain stable temperature during transport.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shop Pay are all available at checkout.

Are there any extra fees?
All prices include GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout, with free shipping thresholds offered from time to time.

Do I need to be 18+ to order?
Yes. Under Australian law, you must be 18 years or older to purchase or receive alcohol.

Wine Specifics

What is natural wine?
Natural wine is made with minimal intervention — organic or biodynamic farming, wild yeast fermentation, and no unnecessary additives. It’s wine as it was for centuries: pure, alive, and expressive of place.

Why is natural wine expensive?
Because it’s truly handcrafted. Natural winemakers work with small vineyards, often farmed without chemicals, where every grape is picked by hand. Yields are lower, risks are higher, and production is limited. The result isn’t a mass-produced product, but a rare expression of terroir — a living wine that respects the land and the body.

How do you select your producers?
Every wine is hand-selected for integrity. We work with growers who share our values: respect for nature, authenticity of terroir, and the courage to let the wine speak for itself.

Can I cellar these wines?
Many natural wines are best enjoyed young and vibrant, but some cuvées age beautifully. Each product page includes cellaring guidance.

How should I store unopened natural wine?
Natural wine is alive and delicate. The ideal storage is in a cool, dark place at a steady 12–16°C, such as a wine fridge or cellar. If you don’t have one, a cupboard away from sunlight, vibrations, and temperature swings is the next best option. Avoid kitchens, garages, or anywhere with heat exposure, as high temperatures can spoil the wine quickly.

How long will an opened bottle last?
Once opened, most natural wines keep beautifully for 1–3 days in the fridge, though some sparkling or skin-contact styles can last even longer. We recommend resealing the bottle tightly (or using a wine stopper) and storing it upright in the fridge. Each cuvée is unique — part of the magic of natural wine is discovering how it evolves over those few days.

What is the best serving temperature?

  • Sparkling & pét-nat: 6–8°C (well chilled)

  • Whites, rosé, skin-contact/orange wines: 8–12°C (cool but not too cold, so the flavours can open up)

  • Light reds (Pinot, Gamay, Jura styles): 12–14°C (slightly chilled)

  • Full-bodied reds: 15–18°C (cool room temperature, never “room temp” in an Aussie summer!)

A good rule of thumb: serve your reds cooler than you think, and your whites warmer than you think. Natural wines show their character best when they’re not masked by excessive chill or heat.

What if a bottle arrives damaged or faulty?
If a bottle breaks in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if it meets the requirements in our returns policy & T&C's.

Do you offer refunds?
We honour refunds or replacements in line with Australian Consumer Law.
