About us
Amor Fati — “Love of One’s Fate”
To us, Amor Fati means embracing life exactly as it comes — a Latin phrase meaning “love of one’s fate.” The imperfect, the surprising, the alive.
That same philosophy is at the heart of natural winemaking: working with nature, not against it. Every vintage, every bottle is different, and that’s the beauty.
Why Natural Wine
Natural wine is more than a trend — it is a return to the way wine has been made for thousands of years.
Grapes grown with no synthetic chemical sprays, picked by hand, and fermented with the wild yeasts that already live on their skins and in the cellar.
As little added, as little taken away as possible.
By choosing natural, we are choosing:
-
Living soils — free from synthetic chemical fertilisers, alive with biodiversity.
-
Pure fermentation — spontaneous, using indigenous yeast, unlocking true flavour and depth.
-
Minimal intervention — no unnecessary preservatives, filtration, or manipulation.
-
Authenticity — wine that reflects its terroir, vintage, and the care of its grower.
A Lifestyle Choice
For us, natural wine is not just about what’s in the glass — it’s about how we live.
It means looking after the land so it can keep giving for generations.
It means favouring wines made from vineyards that respect the land.
It means slowing down to appreciate what is real, what is honest, and what is alive.
High-End Craftsmanship
Every wine we select is crafted with intention and precision.
These are not mass-market bottles, but small-batch releases made by growers who care more about quality than quantity.
Some bottles are playful and vibrant, others are deep and age-worthy — but all are made to be shared and remembered.
Our Promise
At Amor Fati Wines, we honour both tradition and wellbeing.
We bring you wines that celebrate the vineyard as a living organism, protect ancient practices from disappearing, and offer peace of mind through transparency and integrity.
Every bottle is a story of nature, nurture, and fate — waiting to be uncorked at your table.

Disclaimer:
Amor Fati wines partners with small growers who farm organically or biodynamically and practise low-intervention winemaking.
The term natural wine is used here in its descriptive sense — wines made without synthetic chemical additives and with minimal sulphur (typically under 30 mg/L).
We rely on information provided by each grower and never claim formal organic or biodynamic certification unless it is clearly stated on the individual wine page.
All descriptions reflect the methods and philosophy of our producers, shared in good faith and with full respect for Australian Consumer Law.
By purchasing from Amor Fati Wines, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and support the responsible enjoyment of natural, biodynamic, low-intervention wine.
