Gringet Sparkling Wine, Savoie
This sparkling wine was crafted by Dominique Belluard, a pioneer of natural winemaking in Savoie, before his untimely passing. Made from 100% Gringet — a rare local grape of the Ayze appellation — it reflects both the finesse of the region and Belluard’s patient craftsmanship.
The wine is matured for longer than a standard Brut, spending three years on lees before release. This extended ageing brings richness and texture while preserving freshness. Aromas of orange blossom, pear skin, and green apple lead into a mineral, structured palate that carries both power and elegance.
Mont Blanc Brut Nature is a sparkling wine of real complexity — equally at home as an aperitif, across a meal, or even with dessert. A fine Alpine wine that can stand alongside Champagne in quality while remaining uniquely Savoie.
