Tasting Story
From the late Dominique Belluard, a pioneer of biodynamics in Savoie, this wine is made from the rare Gringet grape grown on the foothills of Mont Blanc.
Aromas of alpine herbs, citrus, white flowers, and crushed stone rise from the glass. Textured yet crystalline, the palate is pure and focused, carrying a striking sense of altitude and freshness.
A profound, almost spiritual wine — tasting of mountain air, silence, and place.
Serving Tip
Serve at 10–12 °C. Allow the wine to breathe briefly in the glass to release its alpine aromatics. Capable of ageing gracefully for up to a decade.
