Anatole Rouge is a lively red from Fanny Sabre, one of Burgundy’s most admired natural winemakers. Sourced from vineyards in Sainte Marie La Blanche, just east of Pommard, the soils here are clay and sand with iron-rich influence that brings subtle depth to the wine.
Made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, Anatole is bright and approachable, with juicy red fruit, soft spice, and a clean mineral finish. Named after Fanny’s youngest son, it’s a cuvée that captures charm, freshness, and Burgundian character in equal measure.
