These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Amor Fati Wines website and the purchase of our products.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

You must be 18 years or older to purchase wine from Amor Fati Wines.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under 18 years.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request proof of age at any time; and

  • Refuse or cancel an order if satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided.

At delivery, the recipient must also be 18 years or older. If a delivery is attempted and the recipient is under 18 or cannot provide valid identification, the order may be returned to Amor Fati Wines and a refund (less shipping costs) issued at our discretion.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is required at the time of purchase through our secure checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of:

  • Error in product or pricing information,

  • Suspected fraud or misuse, or

  • Product unavailability.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details, costs, and timeframes are outlined on our Shipping Information page.
All orders are shipped in accordance with our liquor licence conditions and applicable state and territory laws.

Risk of loss and title passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery must be accepted by a person aged 18 years or older, and proof of age may be required at the time of delivery.

Amor Fati Wines may refuse delivery or cancel an order where local liquor restrictions apply.

Returns & Refunds

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by the ACL.

Product Images & Descriptions

We take care to ensure all product information and images are accurate and up to date.
Minor variations may occur from time to time, such as changes in vintage, label design, or packaging.
Such variations do not constitute grounds for a refund where the wine remains of the same producer and quality.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amor Fati Wines is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Jurisdiction & Licensing

Amor Fati Wines operates under a valid Victorian Liquor Licence and complies with all relevant state and federal regulations.
Orders are accepted subject to local liquor licensing laws in the purchaser’s state or territory of delivery.
By purchasing from Amor Fati Wines, you agree to comply with these laws.

Variation of Terms

Amor Fati Wines may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The version of the Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of your purchase will govern that order.
It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any updates.

Legal & Transparency

Disclaimer:
Amor Fati partners with small growers who farm organically or biodynamically and practise low-intervention winemaking.
The term natural wine is used here in its descriptive sense — wines made without synthetic chemical additives and with minimal sulphur (typically under 30 mg/L).
We rely on information provided by each grower and never claim formal organic or biodynamic certification unless it is clearly stated on the individual wine page.
All descriptions reflect the methods and philosophy of our producers, shared in good faith and with full respect for Australian Consumer Law.
