Returns Policy

 

At Amor Fati Wines, we want every bottle you receive to be enjoyed with confidence. Because wine is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns for a simple change of mind. However, we will always work with you to resolve any genuine issues.


Returns

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or where the wine is no longer wanted.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must have been purchased directly from Amor Fati Wines and be in its original, unopened condition.


Faulty or Damaged Wine

If your wine arrives damaged, faulty, or in poor condition:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wine@amorfatiwines.com.au.

  • Provide your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong wine in your delivery:

  • Notify us immediately at hello@amorfatiwines.com.au.

  • If the error was made by Amor Fati, we will cover all costs of returning the incorrect item and sending out the correct wine at no additional charge to you.


Refunds

  • Although we do not accept refunds we will in the right circumstances process payments back to your original payment method it the refund meets our returns requirements.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Wine Storage & Temperature

    Amor Fati Wines stores all wines in our warehouse under controlled conditions at a stable temperature of approximately 14°C, appropriate for the proper storage and preservation of wine.

    Once an order has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for the ongoing storage and handling of the wine rests with the customer.

    Wine is a perishable agricultural product and may be affected by storage conditions after delivery, including exposure to excessive heat, temperature fluctuations, or unsuitable environments. Where a wine’s condition changes or deteriorates after delivery due to storage conditions outside of our control — including failure to store the wine at a stable, appropriate temperature — this does not constitute a fault on the part of Amor Fati Wines.

    Nothing in this section is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law, including where a product is faulty or not of acceptable quality at the time of delivery.
