Shipping & Delivery
At Amor Fati Wines, we take great care to ensure your natural wines arrive safely, in perfect condition, and as quickly as possible.
We deliver each bottle in the same condition it left the vineyard — intact, alive, and carrying the story of where it was grown.
Local Delivery (Shepparton & Surrounds)
We offer a specialised self-delivery service for our local community.
Delivery Radius: Within 30km of Shepparton, Victoria
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your postcode
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00am – 6:00pm
No deliveries on Sundays, Public Holidays, Good Friday, or Christmas Day
Age Verification Requirements
For your first order, the person who placed the order may be required to receive it in person and provide valid photo ID.
We reserve the right to request proof of age at any delivery to ensure compliance with Victorian liquor laws.
Authority to Leave
Once your age has been verified, you may request Authority to Leave at checkout. However, we will only leave your order if we are satisfied that it is safe to do so and will not be accessed by a minor.
If these conditions are not met, the delivery will not be left unattended.
Postage Delivery (Australia-wide)
For orders outside our local delivery radius, we ship via Australia Post.

Metro areas (VIC, NSW, SA, QLD): 2–5 business days
Regional areas: 3–7 business days
Remote locations: Up to 10 business days

Flat Rate Shipping: $10 Australia-wide
Express Shipping: $20 Australia-wide
All prices are in AUD and include GST.
Delivery Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
An adult (18+) must be present at delivery to accept the order and may be required to provide valid photo identification.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the recipient appears intoxicated or if we believe the alcohol may be supplied to a minor.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no suitable recipient being available, re-delivery fees may apply.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Warm Weather Shipping
Natural wine is sensitive to heat.
During warmer periods, we may delay dispatch, upgrade shipping methods, or use insulated packaging to protect your wine.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that temperature conditions during transit are outside our control and may affect the wine.
We will always notify you if a delay is necessary.
Wine Storage & Condition
Amor Fati Wines stores all wines under controlled conditions at approximately 14°C prior to dispatch.
Once an order has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for storage and handling transfers to the customer.
Wine is a perishable agricultural product. Exposure to excessive heat or temperature fluctuations after delivery does not constitute a fault on the part of Amor Fati Wines.
Nothing in this section excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
