At Amor Fati Wines, we take great care to ensure your natural wines arrive safely, in perfect condition, and as quickly as possible. “We deliver each bottle in the same condition it left the vineyard — intact, alive, and carrying the story of where it was grown.”

Packaging & Care

  • All wines are packed in protective, purpose-made wine cartons.

  • Each order is handled with care so your bottles arrive exactly as they left the vineyard.

Delivery Times

  • Metro areas (VIC, NSW, SA, QLD): 2–5 business days.

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days.

  • Remote locations: Up to 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $10 Australia-wide.

  • Express Shipping: $20 Australia-wide.

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST.

Age Verification

By law, wine cannot be sold to persons under 18 years of age.

  • The person placing the order must be 18 years or older.

  • An adult (18+) must be present at delivery to accept the order.

  • Couriers may request photo ID upon delivery to confirm age.

  • “It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.”

Warm Weather Shipping

Natural wine is sensitive to heat. In summer, we may:

  • Delay dispatch during extreme heat to protect your wine.

  • Use express or insulated shipping where required.

We’ll always notify you if a delay is necessary.

We currently deliver Australia-wide.

Wine Storage & Temperature

Amor Fati Wines stores all wines in our warehouse under controlled conditions at a stable temperature of approximately 14°C, appropriate for the proper storage and preservation of natural wine.

Once an order has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for the ongoing storage and handling of the wine rests with the customer.

Wine is a perishable agricultural product and may be affected by storage conditions after delivery, including exposure to excessive heat, temperature fluctuations, or unsuitable environments. Where a wine’s condition changes or deteriorates after delivery due to storage conditions outside of our control — including failure to store the wine at a stable, appropriate temperature — this does not constitute a fault on the part of Amor Fati Wines.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law, including where a product is faulty or not of acceptable quality at the time of delivery.

At Amor Fati, every bottle is handled with the same care the winemakers put into crafting it — from vineyard to your table.

 

Amor Fati Wines supports the responsible service of alcohol. You must be 18+ to purchase. The person placing the order must be of legal age, and ID may be requested upon delivery.
