Tasting Story
A cult pét-nat rosé from the Mosse family in Anjou. Made by Domaine Mosse, Moussamoussettes is crafted from Grolleau and Cabernet Franc.
Expect wild strawberries, raspberries, citrus zest, and subtle herbal notes. Pale pink in colour with lively, playful bubbles, it carries a joyful energy that perfectly captures the spontaneity of natural wine. Always produced in small quantities — and always gone too soon.
Serving Tip
Chill well at 8–10 °C. Open carefully — pét-nat corks can be lively. Best enjoyed young.
